分区是ntfs       这个盘下面某些快捷方式不可用     以及注册表文件也不可以用   双击就出现“Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item”    怎么解决？

我所在用户即为administrator     系统也是干净的     而且只有一个分区有这种情况    粘贴到别的分区就正常

你说的就是账户权限问题，尝试把文件移动到别的分区，然后格式化错误分区~
